Privacy Policy

Doctor Booking · Last updated: August 20, 2026, 10:02 UTC

In short: Doctor Booking stores your appointment information only on your own device. We don't operate a server for this app, so we never receive, see, or share your data.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how the Doctor Booking Android app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is developed and published by CDK. If you have questions, contact us at help@cdk.cd.

2. Information the App handles

When you use Doctor Booking, you may enter the following information directly into the App:

The App does not require you to create an account, and does not ask for your email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, camera, photos, or any device identifiers.

3. Where this information is stored

All of the information above is stored only in a local database on your device (using Android's Room/SQLite storage). It is not transmitted to us, to the app developer, or to any third party — the App has no backend server and makes no network requests to send this data anywhere. It stays on your phone unless you back up your device through your own Android/Google account backup settings, which is controlled by your device, not by the App.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. The App does not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit data off your device.

5. Your choices and how to delete your data

Because everything is stored locally, you're always in control of it:

6. Children's privacy

Doctor Booking is not directed at children and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help you remove it (noting that, per Section 3, data typically only exists locally on that child's own device).

7. Medical disclaimer

Doctor Booking is a scheduling tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles information, we'll update this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Since this page is linked directly from the App's Play Store listing, we recommend checking back if the App is updated with new features (for example, if a future version adds an online backend, this policy will need to be revised to describe that accurately).

9. Contact us

Questions about this policy or the App's data practices can be sent to help@cdk.cd.
